AURELIUS Wachstumskapital has sold the IT services group connexta GmbH (connexta), a leading IT service provider in Germany, to the financial investor Fremman Capital
Since AURELIUS Wachstumskapital acquired a majority stake in the IT services provider ID.KOM in 2019, connexta group was built by acquisition of nine companies in total. Today, connexta offers regular and highly specialized IT services. Key founders are still part of the group.
