EGO HUMRICH WYEN has advised the founders and investors of FeBeSol, a leading company in the installation of photovoltaic systems in southwest Germany, on the sale to Thermondo. FeBeSol is a pioneer in the photovoltaic market founded by Daniel Fellhauer.
The company has proven itself in a competitive market environment and is a leading provider in the regions of Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse. Today, FeBeSol, headquartered in Sankt Leon-Rot, employs more than 160 people.
Thermondo, one of the market leaders in the field of heat pumps, intends to strengthen its market position in combination with the installation of photovoltaic systems. According to the companies involved, the takeover will create a group with almost 1,000 employees and an expected annual turnover of well over 200 million euros.
EGO HUMRICH WYEN advised the shareholders of FeBeSol as lead counsel in an integrated team, including ELP Rechtsanwälte, Frankfurt, on employment law issues.
