Sanacorp is the oldest pharmacists' cooperative in Germany and one of the leading companies in pharmaceutical wholesale.
In mid-2019, the annual general meeting of Sanacorp Pharmaholding AG passed a squeeze-out resolution. All shares of minority shareholders were transferred to the majority shareholder, Sanacorp eG Pharmazeutische Großhandlung, in exchange for a cash settlement.
A total of 75 shareholders initiated court proceedings at the Munich Regional Court I to determine an appropriate cash settlement. Sanacorp eG Pharmazeutische Großhandlung was represented by EGO HUMRICH WYEN in these proceedings. The Munich Regional Court I terminated the court proceedings with a settlement of all parties after about 1.5 years.
